At Sakura Vintage, every item we offer is a unique pre-owned luxury piece. To ensure fairness for all customers, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is significantly different from the product description.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- An authenticity issue is confirmed by a recognized independent authentication service.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused after delivery and returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards (if applicable), and our security tag.
Security Tag Policy
For quality assurance, every item is shipped with a tamper-evident security tag attached.
Items with the security tag removed, cut, damaged, altered, or missing are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Please do not remove the security tag until you have confirmed that you wish to keep the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference regarding size, color, or style
- Minor signs of wear that were clearly shown in photos or described in the listing
- Items with the security tag removed or damaged
- Items that have been used, altered, repaired, or cleaned after delivery
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Sakura Vintage reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
